The employment rate of university graduates in Xinjiang and that of ethnic minorities who graduated from universities in other parts of China and returned to Xinjiang both hit record high in 2019, according to a white paper released by the State Council Information Office on Thursday.
The two figures reached 90.4 percent and 95.1 percent respectively, says the white paper titled "Employment and Labor Rights in Xinjiang."
